Can I use bb guns for trainings to improve my accuracy or do I risk getting some bad habits if I do so?

it will sort you on how to use iron sights
but not much else

train with the gun you mean to use
Bb funz are an elementary training tool. Like if you have no firearm experience whatsoever.
If you want an inkling of similarity to actual firearms, buy a higher power pellet rifle.

You'd be better served by training with a 22 if you're trying to save on ammo. If destroying cans in your backyard is your goal, then get the BB gun

Co2 BB gun pistols make a pretty good training tool with shoot-n-see targets. But BB guns are not very accurate for long gun practice unless you are just beginning and want max trigger time. Then a co2 gun is pretty decent if you don't want ungodly long charging of the gun between shots like a pump.
For long guns practice, get a pellet rifle that'll shoot consistently and accurately. You can throw some shows on your laptop, and sit in a garage/shed and go for hours. A $10 rimfire spinner target with 3 target sizes works great too for pellets. Set it out where you are comfortable enough shooting the big one, and as you get better, move to the smallest target, increase distance, repeat.
