I've shot it quite a few times after discovering it hidden in my grandmothers cabinet. It works quite well. Is there anything I should know about it?

It looks like a ruger mark 2. Any of the mark series pistols has been known for excellent .22 pistol accuracy. Good find anon.
I loved my mark 2. Super accurate.
Now it jams all the time and I am too afraid to take it apart to clean it..
what do k?
>>34688317
Take it apart and clean it.
>>34686587
Why would you take your grandmothers gun
>>34688442
pretty much this
if you really dont want to take it apart soak it in oil then blast everything out with compressed air
wont be as effective as a real cleaning but should be good enough to get it functional for another thousand rounds

when people say soak your gun in oil, do they mean like getting a pan and putting gun oil in nad letting it sit in it...i dont understand
>plz no bully

>getting a pan and putting gun oil in nad letting it sit in it.
this is reserved for really deep cleaning or stuck screws
generally you just spray the bitch with clp to the point where the gun is dripping oil everywhere
