Anyone enjoy archery or deer the normal amount?
Always wanted to get into recurve or longbow shooting since I have the space in my backyard, but all the shops around here that have bow are all the tacticool compound bullshit.

You can order in. Just don't go second hand because there's a trillion things that can be wrong with them. Samick sage is a safe bet if you feel like trying it but don't want to spend a lot of money.

Noice. I still shoot indoor portsmouth and use a win&win rcx riser with whatever limbs

I've got a Diamond SB-1 I mess around with. Hopefully I nail something with it this year. I don't know why but traditional has never really appealed to me.

It's what I started on. Still pull out my 65# recurve every once in a blue moon.
String and spring ballistics just aren't as fun as boom and ping ballistics.

All the guys in my league hated me using it because they all shot carbon and I was using Easton aluminum "broomsticks".

All the guys here are laid back. You could shoot a harp like in the cartoons. All about results.

What about fire arrows? They're fun to the extreme.
