Ok /K/ what is the worst gun you own, and why do you still have it? Mine is this little Iver Johnson. .32S&W, gate loader. No rod to extract cases without removing the cylinder. Non-existent sights. Keep it around only because it was left to me by my grandpa.
>>
Kahr Ct380

It's a good gun, I only buy good guns, but it's too small for my gorilla paws, so it's not fun to shoot.
>>
Glock 36.

I don't really hate it or anything but it's my least favorite gun I own. Bought it off a buddy for like $250. It's weird though that even total glock fags I talk to have never heard of it.
>>
Mosin m91/30, thing is a trash heap. Better club than gun
>>
Raven .25 ACP Saturday Night Special. It's a piece of shit, but it's an heirloom.
>>
AP-9, I have it as an excuse to bitch harder if an Assault weapons ban ever gets pushed again.
>>
>>34678360
I wouldn't mind owning that.
>>
>>34678254
that's in really good shape

My 91/30 is a fucking Masterpiece compared to my Type 53.
>>
>>34678447
Oh he was meticulous in caring for his firearms. You should see the shape some of his other old guns are in (I kept up the maintenance).

Probably my Spanish SxS made by Armas. They tried to make it look fancy.

Just look at that "engraving" in all its double-stamped glory. It looks like a child's drawing.

i would like to see them

Fixer upper still in the process of fixing. Initially had fte with a few light strikes here and there. Now just light strikes every time. Inspected the fire pin and replaced the hammer spring, no luck. Read the extractor can prevent round from going into battery fully. Thought?

Century m74. It was too cheap not to buy...
>>
>>34678584
They'll pop up on /k/ every now and again. Most of em are just inexpensive fudd hunting rifles though.

Optima Single Shot 12ga

It's not a completely terrible gun, the only problem with it is that reloading isn't smooth and it takes a bit of strength to pull the mechanism to break the barrel and to close it again

Decent enough for hunting birds though
>>
AA Arms AP9. its a close copy of the tec 9 which is a pretty shitty gun itself.
with all the sharp edges and small cocking knob, its pretty much guaranteed to pinch or cut you if you handle it too long

A stirling 302 .25acp single stack pocket pistol
>repro mag tight as hell; didn't even fit until I actually filed the frame a bit
>heel mag release literally fucking useless and won't engage; origional spring, replacement spring, and the pen spring i cut down to replace the replacement spring all flew out of it's shitty little slots because the heel release can physically fold into the magwell past 90 degrees
>stiff trigger
the good
>like 95% bluing
>free to me; found it in a tool chest my dad had from his grand uncles/someone
>short break and firm trigger reset that made me fall in love with striker guns
>really fucking accurate
I've put a two inch group on a 15 yard target with it. literally kentucky windaging the thing about a foot high with it's gutter sights
>magwell is so tight it actually holds the mag well

I kind of want to find one of the stainless ones in .22lr as an e i g h t i e s a e s t h e t i c ankle gun
>>
>>34678360
>magazine well anywhere that isn't the grip making the weapon a lot heavier and stupid looking makes it more "assaulty" than not
I don't get this meme, can someone explain how this is an advantage rather than a burden?

Butchered Carcano 91/41.
I need to buy the parts to get it back to original, BUT, I got the gun itself for $121.50 after tax.

My Italian Carcano from WW2. I paid $110, and I think I got ripped off.
>>
>>34679221
Cheaper to make, if you stick a mag through the grip it needs to either be made better or be fuck heug
>>
>>34679772
but how does cheap = assault weapon? we don't see hi-points listed as assault weapons
>>
>>34679563
What the fuck.
Did you get that from Larry's west in Alabama?
Does it have an SA mark and a plastic butt pad?
It's 7.35 Carcano, right?
>>

What is that on the top left? It looks like Beretta Bobcat.
Are those Phoenix automatics as shitty as I think they are?
>>
>>34679927
Taurus PT22, its a clone of the Beretta 21a but holds one more round in the magazine (8 instead of 7) and has slightly better ergos due to the fatter grip panels and mag finger rest.

Yes the phoenix automatics are even worse than the Taurus PT22.

J.C. Higgins 583.18, not a bad gun by any means, but definitely my worst, not including the obvious 91/30 and some broken rifles.
>>
>>34679970
583.16, my bad

What the fuck is this, a software update number?
>>
>>34679994
Model, gauge.
>>
>>34679994 #
583 is the model it was sold as at Sears and the .XX was the revision number on the design. Problem is because it's Sears, it gets a bit weird because markings can vary depending on stores and the company producing it at the time.

>>34680034
It's a 12ga
>>
>>34678254
A taurus I bought when I didnt know anything about guns yet.
I only still have it because I cant find anyone to sell it to.

This stupid German ak47 looking thing that my great uncle gave me. Regular ak ammo won't fit into it and it's pissing me off. I don't know what it feeds. It's marked 1945 which is strange because the ak wasn't made until 1949

Wtf is this thing???
>>
>>34681241
1/10
>>
Interesting note, as much as /K/ hates hipoint, not a single hipoint is listed.
>>
>>34679821
Not Alabama, and it's in 6.5. It sure was bubba'd pretty badly though, I can understand the assumption of the Deep South.
>>
>>34681376
They are actually reliable guns. Just cheap, ugly, clunky, and heavy.
>>
>>34679089
I own a sterling 300, this Is accurate.
>>
>>34681241
pic or didnt happen
>>
>>34682810
For as shit as their reputation is, I never had an issue with mine for the three years I had it.
>>
>>34678254
That sounds like a shit wheelgun
>>
I define worst as my least favorite. That, easily, goes to my AR-15. I just don't like shooting it all that much. I'll never sell it, though.
>>
Harrington and Richardson 349 Gamester. Got it for $50 at a flea market. Worth every penny and no more.

Also my Diamondback DB380SL. Terrible, but it's my EDC. Springs are WAY too tight. FTF and stovepipes for days.

My FEG hi power. Got it when i was 16. First high capacity 9 i ever owned. Cant part with it for that reason.
>>
Some 9mm derringer that was made in Utah.

It was given to me by a family member. I like to get it out and shoot it for shits and giggles though.
>>
>>34683443
Yup, if you're working at Taco Bell for minimum wage and worried about getting shot for the $40 in the register, a brand-new $130 Hi-Point is a good investment.
>>
>>34678547

Honestly that has its own tacky appeal.
>>
>>34685021
Honestly I bought the thing from a guy in a private sale when I was 18 and just moved out of the house and into a bad neighborhood. Bought a quality handgun when I was 21 and had the money to do so.
>>
>>34678547
I mean it isn't horrible...
