Heres the one I have. An Isreali 7.62 NATO mauser. No marks aside from the original German marks and the Hebrew on the Israeli barrel.

All part match aside from the barrel, made in Germany late 42 early 43. With the exception of the 1964 Israeli barrel of course.

from what I understand the US used them mainly in training or guard duty. mine has one Canadian marking:

31 BN.CEF with a date marking 11.11 which makes no sense.

then there are a couple markings that indicate storage or usage areas.

We don't have import marks where I live...yet
