Hey guys. So i recently bought the US Army Improvised Munitions Handbook. Its a book that tells u how to make homemade guns and explosives. I really dont know if any of these weapons have been tested. Anyway I need potassium chlorate for making plastic explosives. I've researched it, but I donmt have any fancy chem gear. Any way I can make postassium chlorate at home with no fancy shit? Pic unrelated.
