I did it for 1.5 years before i said fuck it right before summer hit. There is no training, its "get in the drivers seat and go where your partner says to go" The trucks are hot, stinky, shitty, rusty, poorly maintained and unsafe as fuck.

Your coworkers vary per location, some good, some bad. Your management can be good, upper management that you don't deal with on a daily basis are the worst scum i've ever met. They only care about making profts, which in this industry is fucking difficult.

Don't do it, run like hell. Its fucking terrible.
