I have been searching for on of these for a while now. I saw a few on armslist with ammo and everything a while ago for $125-250 but I saw one at a gunshow about 6 months ago, the seller could only be "talked down" to $400!

Combination of talking out his ass but there is some truth to it too. They've already had to go back on the 'seven round' limit because they realized it was unfeasible. It's a soft 10 now (like it used to be) but they aren't really advertising that. They've had to do some other exemptions post-passage to cover LEO ass.
