Would a normal PTR/HK bolt be able to work in a C308?
>>34650566
Yes, next question.
>>34650576
Let me clarify. A training bolt you use with the German DAG ammo.
>>34650589
Yes. CETME and HK's have a 90% parts compatibility.
>>34650589
A c308 is literally a CETME kit with a PTR receiver. Considering the receiver is literally made by PTR, a PTR or HK bolt not working in there would be massively retarded.
If it were anyone but Century I'd give you a flat yes. So, assuming Century didn't fuck up, yes.
>>34650566
Why would U bother with a c308 in the first place?
>>34650622
And the bolt is one of those 10% of parts that are not compatible. However, the C308 uses a PTR receiver, not a CETME one. So it probably should work. Maybe. Try it and find out, if it blows up, it wasn't compatible. Or it was, and you just got century'd.

Because they are cheap, and with a training bolt I could shoot the training ammo which cots less than 9mm Tula.

This. Stop buying garbage
>>34650566
Trick question, the C308 doesn't actually work at all
>>34650628
>assuming Century didn't fuck up
That's a pretty hefty assumption to make.
>>34650815
It's only a little bit cheaper than a PTR91 but is an absolute shitshow, please for the love of god do not buy a C308, do not do that to yourself.
No. Cetme is not g3/ptr spec
>>34653689
Cetme is older different internal design than G3/ptr

Good job never learning to handle recoil fag. Maybe you just cant afford to shoot the gun if you're already looking for cheaper than steel cased .308 kid.
