As long as they don't move to Europe or the US, I could give a fuck less. Self-removing kebab is a feature, not a bug. And the moderate and radicals are all members of the same dysfunctional tribe. We could glass them and lose nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Sure. Were his teeth being removed by an Assad prison guard at the time?

That said, I want to know more. If USA aided AQ directly there's some seats going to be warm. And if this was the Obama govt doing it, we can expect to hear more because Trump will love denouncing it. If his guys were behind it then good luck getting a dent in.

Personally I DO struggle a bit with the idea of Osama-killing Obama making deals with AQ.

You are now citing a Hezbollah owned publication as proof of Hezbollah's victories. This is literally the same shit as what happened in Zambadi and it does not in any way make it true.

Second they have every reason to lie about their loses and to over emphasize their enemies loses. Hence it is more like 1:2 in terms of losses.

Third, the pocket being attacked was estimated to have 400 militants total. With 200 surrendered and 143 dead, there should be nothing stopping Hezbollah from taking the rest of the pocket. So why has their advance slowed?

>>34635728
Go back to /pol/ with your propaganda noise you blatantly Assadist shill. In /k/ we demand a higher burden of proof, as we are interested in the conflict and how it is not fought, not in who wins it.

Not speaking for anyone else. I already knew the US were supporting at least one syrian rebel group, which failed spectacularly. It's hardly news. We also know they are supporting the SDF although frankly I don't know what they have received of the promised weapons help so far. But direct US aid to Al Quaida this side of the Russian campaign in Afghanistan not something I recall having heard of. So I ask questions. If you have hard proof I am interested in hearing more - from a more reputable source than twitter accounts.

>>
>>34635918
Why are you getting mad about him posting twitter links? You must be quite new to these threads if this triggers you so much.

>Go back to /pol/ with your propaganda noise you blatantly Assadist shill. In /k/ we demand a higher burden of proof I think this is one of the most cringe worthy statements I've read on this site in a while desu senpai.
>>
>>34635918
Also, to add to what I said here >>34641852
If you're so mad about what he posts, why not post shit yourself? Or you can take what SG and others post, and form your own opinions instead of screaming "shill shill" like most sound adults would do.
>>
>>34641878
form your own opinions like most sound adults would do instead of screaming "shill shill". ***
Jesus I'm tired this morning, excuse my bad structure.
>>
>>34641779
Slow threads usually turn into circlejerks, soapboxes, ideological fights or shitpost dumps.

You're better off getting info from livemaps. Hell, even /sg/ is more interesting because that cesspit, while similar to this thread in its current state, is livelier enough that you get all sorts of shit. Just don't forget to take everything coming out of there with a grain of salt. It's a shame /sg/ doesn't give much fucks about weapons and military movement though.
>>
>>34642440
yeah I might just stick to live maps, what happened to 5 star general? he was a good source for mostly unbiased news

#treelifesmatter
>>
>>34642449
He's still around adn was posting a fair bit in the last thread. These threads are still good although occasionally on a slow day you end up with this shit
>>
>>34642449
>>34642479
Forgot to mention, take everyhting that Syrian General says with a grain of salt. Occasionally he posts something good but he often just ends up shilling for pro-Assad forces
>>
>>34642449
He still pops by. Fatigue just set in for most of the thread goers because progress in the wars is still slow by their standards, and IS, the more interesting shitstirrer in this shitfest, has receded in nearly all fronts in the Levant.

By the way, I guess the SAA is also pushing along the Euphrates and Kurdish territory to get to DeZ. That's actually pretty smart of them for once. With the Suknah offensive crawling, opening another front to the north keeps IS defenses stretched, and IS is also be too busy keeping the Kurds at by.

Also, did anyone catch news that HTS stormed the AAS HQ in Idlib? And HTS checkpoints in Idlib were carbombed?

No. The shia govt has far too much trouble on its hands to even think about what is going on outside Iraqs borders. Between being assfucked by the US on a daily basis, having ISIS playing Minesweeper and Whackamole all over Baghdad, the possibly seceding kurd area, Turkey and Iran dancing on its borders, and a just plain continously pissed off sunni majority not cooperating at all, what power does Iraq have? The money from their oil is going into Swiss bank accounts and half their politicians are probably on the take with foreign countries. Right now the Iraqi army is celebrating its Mosul victory. When they wake up one morning the wages to pay the army will just one more thing to 'govern'.
>>
>>34646148
With the installation of democracy in Iraq, the US inadvertently gave Iran the puppet it always wanted
>>
>>34646915

Democracy? If the US had created actual democracy in Iraq the Sunnis would still have been the governing faction. And the US didn't want that, it would have made the whole war against Iraq look pointless and denied them the power they now have over the Shias.
>>
>>34646405

I read the first one. Good read, but it was kind of cute how the journalist seemed to assume that the US did not have a representative in the camp, Does he really think he can go anywhere, including to the bathroom, without US Intelligence knowing every detail?
