I live in Nevada, somewhat near Ian, but a little out of the way. He must have been up in my area on business or something, but one Sunday when I was at church I noticed Ian was sitting a few rows in front of me. He was by himself, so I didn't think it would be appropriate to bother him so I didn't say anything even though I wanted to. Anyway, he was very normal during the service, he didn't act strange at all. He just looked forward and sang along with the songs, he actually has a beautiful singing voice. But during the closing prayer, he started walking up to the front of the room (I could hear his shoes walking on the wood floors), I looked up and Ian grabbed the priest by the collar and started saying something about leftover communion crackers and wine, like he was demanding they give him the leftovers. Now that I could see a full frontal of Ian, it was now clear that he was very drunk and didn't look right. People suddenly began panicking, and I was very confused since Ian is always so calm and intelligent on his youtube videos. Soon the police arrived and after some struggling an officer had to tase Ian to get him to cooperate. It was really surprising, and I have never been able to think of Ian the same way since.

I saw Ian at a grocery store in Phoenix yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

For Othias I used to think he is a cool dude but it turn out he is big baby and gets easily buthurt over internet comments on anonymous weapons procurement forum.
He thinks if he keeps saying how hard he is working we would bow to him,when many of us here work even harder or have bigger responsibility on daily basis than he ever had in his life.
He doesn't have the professionalism and coolness of Ian,keeps saying he puts out more content than Ian when in fact Ian does 7 videos a week in 15-30 minute range which is more than one video Othias does every other week.

I can agree with that, but if i can be deviled avocado. I think Othais's show is a lot more impressive overall.

Ian is generally just sitting over a NICE ol gun and talking about all he knows about that specific gun.

While Othais covers the whole history of a specific design. Like he talks not about the 1 specific model of bertheir curassier carbine he talked about the whole berthier system and it's history and stuff. Plus he has to film range sessions that ian doesn't always do.

Also Othais's channel is newer and also he's SMOLer. 500k for Ian at forgotten weapons dot com taking a look at some neat and interesting guns. While C&R has 70k. He unexpectedly has a lower amount of income and notability. Idk what he's like on a personal level.

I for one think Ian is too serious sometimes and wish he would lighten the fuck up. It's why i only watch inrange for Karl, who does fun stuff like when he cos played as landsers or sturmtruppen. It's fun, while Ian is kinda boring. BUTTT and this is a THICC BUTT i wouldn't want Karl narrating forgotten weapons, Ians voice and demeanor is like that teacher who knows what he's talking about and presents it well.

Karl is funner and the guy you take to the bar after the shooting. No homo.

Othias is like my old aeronautics prof, lots of dry facts and dates and numbers, but nice welcomed bits of humor, and little videos in his case Mae or dumb things like WAR WHERE DECLARED helps break up the dryness of a 1 hour 30 minutes of the MLE rifles.

I like em all for different reasons.
