Some guy found 225 kg bomb from WW2 and drove it to his home. Everyone is losing their shit over how dangerous that is.
How dangerous is ordinance, made 75 years ago and lying in wet dirt all that ime?
thanks
They still find live UXO's at American Civil War and WW1 battlefields fairly regularly.

But are they any danger?
Pretty dangerous. I think a WW2 bomb in Germany actually exploded and killed a couple of people a few years ago. Or it might have been in Greece, I don't know.

Yes, hence the word "live."
since when has a bomb ever been dangerous?
>>34616454
Around 1km destructive range 3km blast radius.

It can go boom. So yes.
Explosives can deteriorate chemically over the long term and become more dangerous.
Also, sometimes the bombs had specially rigged fuses so it would go off if you moved it to try and defuse it.

This is to say, yes, that shit will kill you.

some high explosives decompose into more unstable compounds as they age

It's not a nuke you faggot, it might blow up a building and send out some shrapnel
>1 km destructive range
