Just picked this sucker up from a sale for 200$ ish.
So far i love it, no sound low recoil, mine is pretty accurate ootb. But the fucking stock is horrible, grip angle feels wrong, cheekrest is squared off and the lop is like 12 inches.
Whats some good options to fix it? My lop is like 14 3/4. Are there any good aftermarket wood stocks?
Also 10/22 thread, appreaciate any tips and tricks with them

Uh. Hope you don't live in the US, already owned the can or this is bait. Else hide your dogs.

Im from norway m8. Cans here are less regulated than the cans with beer in them
>>34615460
Gotta love them unregulated suppressors
>>34615449
Hogue stocks are bretty good, but there are literally infinite options for the 10/22 so shop around.
>>34615635
What the fuck is that ugly abomination?
>>34615449
You can pay a gunsmith to make you a custom stock. It would probably cost 4x what you paid for the gun though.

>>34615682
yeah I dont think the 10/22 is the gun I want to get a custom stock for
>>34615658
The most compact suppressed 10/22 you're going to get in burgerland without an SBR stamp.
>>34615449
You'd be hard-pressed to find a good aftermarket wood stock. I guess Boyd's, but they're douchey looking thumbhole stocks.
If you go polymer, Houge, Magpul, TacStar, and Victor are all good options.
>>34615754
What about Stocky Stocks? They have some solid walnut offerings that cost about as much as a NIB 10/22, are they worth that at all?
>>34615482
Man bummer, I don't want to get one cause I don't want to spend another $200 in taxes registering it.
>>34615449
The hogue overmold stocks are comfy as fuck, aesthetic, and have a better lop
>>34616200
>>34615754
yeah kinda considering a simple overmold or the magpul stock
>>34615754
>duct tape 550 cord mag pull
You are beyond gay.
>>34616215
The overmold has a nice rubberized feel as well
how's the hogue stock with a scope?
>>34615754
>>34616215
The magpul one is excellent
>>34616400
yeah it looks good, and I can just add stock extensions to get the right lop. the houge would be 1 inch too short, but 13 3/4 should work much better than the kid sized stock stock.
Anybody have any suggestions on threaded barrel? Specifically:
>Bull vs taper
>Brand
>Twist
>>34616373
fine with low scope rings
>>34616489
I have vortex medium rings mounted to the rail now.
A ghetto solution would be to get a 2 inch recoil pad (if that even exist) and a cheek rest on the stock wood stock
>>34615449
Why not just make your own? I know a few guys who found some decent wood for cheap and shaped and sanded it to their personal satisfaction
>>34616633
I'm actually considering it, could be a fun project, and I think I might have some wood beams laying around.
>>34616662
It really is fun, even more so with a friend who knows a bit about woodworking. If you aren't too concerned about the looks, then most wood would work just fine, so really don't spend more unless you like the look of a certain type of wood
I have the TDT version and it is by far my favorite gun ever. And I've shot and owned plenty of guns.
It's just so smooth, tiny, agile, soundless, recoilless and everything you would dream from a plinker.

>Boyds
They make all kinds of different shapes.

Here ya go OP

I'm looking at barrels too, leaning towards a Green Mountain bull since I've read mostly good things about them. A little rough on the finish, but good performers otherwise.
>>34616225
Thanks, I know.
It's missing a screw on the bottom so I just decided to duct it.
