I have a chance to buy a Winchester XPR in 300 Win Mag for $500 OTD. Never been shot, box, docs, etc. I also know that Grab a Gun has them for $450 with the Vortex scope. I got the $250 92s from J&G internals look new and barrel has almost no visible wear. Slight holster wear but still 90%. Probably my smoothest gun. On par with my CZ. Mak is a better choice for CC but I'd take the Beretta for anything else.
