I guarantee the specs are wrong rather than the picture; try to find an actual picture of a full-size Jericho chambered in .45 (protip: you can't, I've tried. Even the IMI website doesn't list any design specifications for a .45 941F)
As for that other link, it's a baby eagle, not a Jericho. The early models were more or less the same thing as each other but the Mark III Baby Eagle is quite aesthetically different from a Jericho. It's still pretty similar, yes, but if I wanted similar I could just get a Tanfoglio Witness instead, or even an actual CZ

Every now and again Numrich has conversion kits to make your .38 Super 1911 shoot .30 Tokarev.

Combine that kit with a non-ramped first gen Para double stack, and you'd have a slightly modern double stack .30 Tok about the size of an OG Xbox controller.

Ruger has made two .44 Magnum carbines. The second was based on the Mini 14 action and by all accounts worked well. I wish they'd make them again in both .44 Magnum and .357 Magnum.

The first .44 Magnum Carbine (top) looks a lot like a 10/22, though it was built first. The 10/22 was intentionally designed to look like the .44 Carbine as a companion rifle. The Mini based Deerfield is on the bottom. The original .44 Carbine had a four round internal magazine, the Deerfield used a four round rotary mag.
