I've got 3 veprs, love them to death.
But IMO, arsenal for 556/545/762x39, vepr for 12ga or 308/54r.
The modern ak-74 features make the better gun for the weaker calibers.

Both are very well built rifles.

Arsenal is a bit more "correct" in as far as AK-74M or an AK-103 clones should look. But if you don't care about that shit, just pick the one you like more.
