Bingo. Not a special model; just built in the cheaper .380. The SOT actually built it to offer it to PD's who are using .380 backup pistols as a SMG that uses the same ammo. He even rigged a quad-rail to it.

I laughed at the concept when I first saw it, but the damn thing was quite comfy.
