I'm looking for something along the lines of a Sig P938. If it weren't for not being able to convert the mag release and slide stop I'd definitely pick one up right away. Any ideas?
The first Walther PPS had paddle style mag releases. Might be something to look into as it is already ambi

ehh Walther doesn't have good aesthetics, plus I don't really love my P22
CZ 85 variant has ambidextrous controls.
I carried one for the best part of ten years and it saw a lot of use. Excellent sidearm.
Glock 43.

My dad's 42 is pretty alright, I kinda want a safety though

It's weird how there aren't very many 9mm microcompacts that are left-hand-ok. Maybe you could just learn to use your right hand as it was intended to be used, as your dominant hand?

>single stack
For what reason?
>>34566342
The weight isn't an issue. It's well balanced and feels good in the hand. It's not light but it's certainly concealable.
I don't know why you would want single stack only.

If you can't understand what the OP is trying to talk about, then please stop shitting up the thread with your posts.

yeah maybe I'll just get a P938, I shoot rifles right handed but haven't tried to do so with handguns

concealability

Fuck me do I love the walther toenail stipple.
>>34566764
huh? pic of what you're talking about?

>concealability
You can easily conceal a double stack subcompact you snowflake.
The size class isn't anywhere close to the P938, but you could always get a Sig P239 (reversible mag release, no safety) or an XDe (ambi safety and mag release

I don't want a chode gun you tard

Get a RAMI and then replace the slide lock with one from an SP-01. It fits perfectly and the construction of the slide stop actually works for lefties. The RAMI's is very good, but it pretty much needs to be thumbed. Which you and I both know you can't do without breaking your grip up.
>>34567376
gonna try that.
>>34566163
quick reloads and manipulation arent critical on a gun like the p938
you are not going to be doing speed reloads with a pocket pistol. you are going to have 1-0 spare mags.
having to hit the mag release with your trigger finger isnt a big deal neither is racking the slide instead of hitting the slide stop lever.

this is true. I might get either that or a P320SC

Not OP, but I'm actually entertaining the possibility of doing IDPA with a 10 round double stack 9. Pocket pistols might fit the back up gun category as well.
