Just got this bad boy (used) yesterday. Putting 100ct Winchester white box through it on the range in a minute. How many malfunctions do you guys think I'll see? Slide fits tight, spring looks good not much hammer wear, bolt face clean etc

It's i citrus packed lemony Beretta 92fs knock off made by 3rd world Brazilian ass faggots. Just get the real deal.

Some day. I've been looking at getting a metal frame pistol for a while and 92fs would be my first choice. This was an impulse buy and a gamble.

You know they built it all on baretta equipment, technical drawings, and with their laborers? Bought the whole factory straight up.

I'll probably end up trading it towards a baretta once I get a better job. Traded an sd40 towards this

Ya dude i know, but you can't beat Beretta's quality control. Plus Beretta's main share holder is the Vatican church so like, deus vult!
>>
PT92s are pretty good. Taurus would have to try hard to fuck them up, since they took over a factory that was built by Beretta in Brazil.
>>
>>34562166
Why does your Brazilian monkey gun have a sim card?
>>
>>34562243
Learn to spell Beretta before you buy one.
>>
>>34562359
This, they have all of Beretta's machinery so the PT92s all come out alright. I just don't trust them with their own new designs and things as complex as revolvers anymore.
>>
>>34562166
>How many malfunctions do you guys think I'll see?
the PT92 was made on Beretta's tooling so probably not many
>>
>>34562166
lord. no malfunctions will be had
>>
>>34562166
i owned both a pt92 and beretta 92. The taurus is no comparison to the smoothness of a legit 92.
>>
Extractor spring is loose as fuck. FTE every 1-5 rounds. Other than that, it shot straight and feels good
>>
>>34562166
The design of the 92 creates little room for error in extraction and feeding, so I doubt you'll see many problems. However it is a Brazilian monkeys emulation of what a 92 should be, so you never know.
>>
>>34563148
>it is a Brazilian monkeys emulation of what a 92 should be
No, it's literally a Beretta 92, made with Betera machinery by another company.
>>
>>34563133
Okay now see, it'll eject rounds no problem when I'm just manually cycling them through on my living room floor. So idk if it is the extractor spring. I'll have to take it to the shop I bought it at and have them take a crack at it.
>>
>>34563094
same here, but mine is a pt92afs.
the one i own is well made and i have had no real problem with mine after replacing the shit magazines with better made italian aftermarket
mags.
have had more problems w/the beretta 92fs to be perfectly frank.
>>
>>34563420
Also, the chamber was pretty dirty when I bought it and I just cleaned/lubed it. Maybe that had something to do with the FTE issue as well
>>
>>34563333
It is literally not a beretta. Nice numbers though.
>>
>>34562243
Yo may as well just keep it buy a Beretta latter. Berettas are much nice but the PTs have some nice extras. Both will last forever. I've owned and fired both a lot so don't let the Taurus stigma weigh on you with the PT as its one of the few guns that escapes that. Just clean it and lubed and it'll be fine
>>
>>34562243
Taurus still can't hold a candle to Beretta in terms of longevity, reliability, or customer service. Comparing wheel gats or semi's Beretta shits all in Taurus open mouth.
