Duct tape, gauze, NarCan, various medications (aspirin, etc), shears, and some medical guides in how to administer injections during an emergency.

And in the event of heart attack, chewable aspirin. Obviously don't give it to somebody suffering from a GSW.
All fits neatly into a zippered case about 8x10 in size, lives in my range bag.

I don't find OPAs/NPAs, splints, or chest seals necessary, since airways can be maintained through a jaw thrust, chest seals can be improvised, and broken bones won't cause immediate death. The goal is to stop bleeding until EMS arrives. If you shoot out in the boonies, you probably should add those if you know how to use them.

I don't need something like this because bleeding is good for you. It lets the old blood drain out to replace it with fresh stuff.
