The action has its stages, I wouldn't describe it as butter, but it has noticeably started to get smoother.

The big issue with the Marlin is that when I received the gun, it simply didn't function lol. Marlin still has absolutely shit QC apparently because the lever was so off timing that I couldn't even cycle a round without a horrible jam.

Once that was fixed, the loading gate snapped a few days later.

It's a fun gun to shoot but I'm having massive issues with its reliability of parts.

I don't know what the technical term is, but it had a huge rainbow effect around lights. Clarity at 8x was subpar. I want to say they took the already meh quality glass from the 1-6 and just boosted the magnification. Might of been a lemon, I haven't had a chance to look through another one.
