It is a bullpup AK firing 9x39, a round based on the 7.62x39 in a manner much like 300 blk is based on 5.56x45. This ammunition is unavailable outside of Russia, although there is a guy who made dies for a very similar round made from 6.5 grendel called 9mm gremlin.

If you want a similar gun that feeds reasonably available ammo, your best bet is to have a stanag magwell AK in 300 blk and then it will be up to you to create or adapt a bullpup kit to more closely resemble the gun.
