1) Is a select fire assault rifle, which are exceedingly rare in civillian hands. Apparently couple of collectors own them, but it's safe to say you're never going to get one. 2) Is the civillian semi-auto only variant (pictured in OP) with a fixed stock that is getting hard to find, but not impossible. Helps if you're a finn.

If you're a burger, I don't know what to tell you. Maybe beg for a finn to ship one over in parts and assemble it with a domestically made barrel or something? I'm not sending you mine though.

It would need to have the receiver torched into 3 sections, have the barrel torched, and then brought in as a parts kit.
