A $350 AR plus a Hi-Point is adequate for a defensive arsenal, as is a $200 Maverick 88 plus a $300 Bersa Thunder.

No. I bought my AR and desu i'm still learning a lot and have a ways to go. Eventually I would like to do a build for fun. Cool you did this 'poorfag challenge' and came in only $76 over.

You could have paid $4 more for a 16" 1/8 midlength nitride barrel and BCG, tactical charging handle and milspec carbine lower.

Wouldn't have had to jew the handguard, still would have needed the carry handle though.

It's called getting a carry pistol and a handheld flashlight. Can't call for a time out when there's someone walking up to you aggressively with a knife in their hand because you forgot your AR15 inside your trunk.
