Check armslist. In my area, I see Glock 19s in the $450-500 range frequently, and they often look new.

My academy trade in has been 100% from the get go, haven't replaced a thing and it's super duper.
Came with the factory night sights though, no plastic bucket ball. Probably would've changed that out.
