Most of what they do are, training, logistics and QRF duties and are usually subbed out by other PMC's. (who are probably smaller in terms of size but much more specialised)
They will often do low level, low risk PSD jobs for civilian companies, but nothing Hi spec. Most people there are on 600-900$ a day gross

There are better companies.

I'd say the most specialist or the comanies that hire the most special forces or in field specialists are:

Triple Canopy (owned but the same conglomerate : Constellis) who run their hispec PSD, they rarely take on anyone other than SF. a

Intelligence international who are very "corporate" and run Command, comms and control, Intelligence gathering and hostage rescue, they only take on Linguists, SF, recce or Intelligence operatives

Control risks who run advisory, audit, high grade static defences and PSDs for embassies, they only take on CP MPs and Former SF

AEGIS, who will pick up almost any contract, now most of these are former SF

Then you have companies like airscan, who only hire drone pilots, comms experts and ECM operators
