First of all its not the "taurus #XX " which I hope all gun companies are realizing is bad marketing, it has a name. Secondly no one needs like 2/3 of the guns they have for any real reason anyway so that wasnt a real problem or consideration.

Lastly and most importantly it was something new and in the gun world we have a pre made list of things that COULD be developed but haven't (lever gun in x caliber, ar platform in x memecaliber,etc) so its like a list of new products guaranteed to succeed because people already want them and don't need them.

Also .410 isn't THAT bad with 00 or even 04 buck. The problem is that from what I've heard the shot gets deformed as it goes through the muzzle in those therefore the gun is as idiotic as it's humanly possible.
