to add to that: I dont even get it why they think its more efficient to move all the time. I think, though I am not sure that the traditionally taught way is to always keep a barrel down the range, because that is the only thing that matters doesnt it? If these people constantly move and remove, they would lose valuable aiming time and somekind of person with standard training could kill them easily? Isnt that how the evolution of standard tactics went? Reason why in westerns they also dont just drop down to become smaller targets but just try to draw the fastests?
