Velcro shotgun cards in mag pouches, velcro on the side of the gun if its necessary. Can just slap a new one on the gun as needed

Currently using a bandolier, looking into getting some of those Velcro side saddle cards from esstac

This. I also had some loose shells on my pockets. I have bandolier but I never seem to get a hang on wearing it

I was under the impression bandoliers were just for carrying ammo around for extended distances and not for in-heat reloading

It's a psl mag pouch.
Don't bother with svd mag pouches, they're cheap garbage in comparison. Romanians have much higher quality.
They don't have as nicely sized mag cells so it's a tight squeeze to get them swapped in/out, they don't have shit for places to put chokes etc, and don't have much space for loose ammo at all while the psl pouch has tons of expansion room. I know there was something else crap about them too, but it's been so long since I used one.
