No. We dont often hire. The majority of people we keep on the payrole as temporary consultants. Many of whom ex-military and UN logistics experts, typically with a regional expertise. I myself am Armenian-American so I am comfortable/familiar with the Eastern European customs/mentality, and I should add, brokering is a very paper-pushing occupation, knowledge of armaments is not typically required beyond their standing in international law.
