The problem would be launching the nuke far enough to avoid serious damage from all the nuclear fallout and being able to physically withstand the force required to launch it far enough to not kill you. There's also the issue of sighting it in, considering you're going to be aiming at a target at least a mile away, probably farther. But I guess it isn't as much of an issue when you consider just how much damage it's going to do.

I don't know the weight in-game but the US's smallest real nuclear warhead was the W54 at 50lb. It'd work but you'd also have a fractured ass from the recoil throwing you onto the ground
