I'll completely agree the "justice system" is anything but fair. It is what it is, this guy had a history of being caught doing illegal shit and they threw the book at him by an unsympathetic judge. He can try and appeal it as is his right but doubt they will hear the case. He can appeal his case (unsuccessfully) or try for parole in 40yrs.
