IIRC the vehicle was carrying ammo, they rolled nat20 on the drop and got the bomblet perfectly inside resulting in that kaboom.

Jamming + emphasise the need to watch the skies for drones, taking them out once spotted shouldn't be too hard for anyone proficient with their firearm

Sorry absolute noob, but how would you jam a drone? Also how do you make sure to detect it early enough, some of them can reach quite a high top speed.
This came to my mind watching the G20 protests, imagine some of them flying such a thing into the police.

You should be able to do it on the older ones with like 10 watts on the controller operating frequency. Failing that, 10 watts on the video frequency.
