The p90, not ps90, is extremely good at doing what it was designed to do. Problem is, nobody really needs to do what the p90 does and in any similar situation there's likely a superior option
Indian culture is truly the worst on this planet and involves competitions as to who smells less like shit and trying to rip off literally everyone you see shamelessly
People who carry 1911s deserve less respect than neckbeards who oc in chipotle

What would I do with a $500k/year income?
When am I gonna have the money to buy land and a house?
Is strategic debt real? Is smart beta a meme? Is passive, index based investing a meme?
>>34481680
>What would I do with a $500k/year income?
Work. 80-90 hours a week. People don't understand that the cost of playing the game that hard is that you have no other life.
>>34481699
I'm on track to make CVP at my firm so I may reach the SVP or CFO level in a few years (read 10-15 years)
I've been doing the 80 hour work week routine for a few years now, I haven't had much of a life, but at least I get most Saturdays off now. I'm a lonely fuck, so I don't mind late hours.
I think I might want to try to work in Singapore or Hong Kong or Tokyo for a few years. I'm on track to finish my CFA this year and have some contacts in Asia, so until the market corrects, I have some momentum to vector somewhere different

At least they get to retire whenever they want to, assuming they don't heat their house with Benjamins.

I spoke to a guy who used to work for AYCO, they're tax specialists for Goldman Sachs
He used to do some of the more complex stuff for Goldman partners (Top fucks at GS)
The guy was pulling $30-something Million then $35M then $45-ish M each year
He asked him once, "you're doing so well, why keep working? Why not spend the time with the family, travel or just retire?"
All he said back was "because I can", and that was it.
Big money people think differently to you and I, anon.
>>34481804
It's not worth it though.
Trust me.
There's a reason rich fags are often the most unhappy.
I work 70+ hours, I make about 240. Aside of work, I have to take care of my parents, sometimes I get to shoot.
I want a family and haven't been on a date in 3 years. I'm also really cheap because I don't have the time to use any toys. I don't want a 911 that is covered in dust.
Everyone likes me and thinks how great life is but would trade it all for middle class white picket fence etc.
>>34480510
I'm pretty sure it's a gun.

>I want a family and haven't been on a date in 3 years. I'm also really cheap because I don't have the time to use any toys. I don't want a 911 that is covered in dust.
This is a really hard hitting feel my man
I just wanted to do as well as I could for myself, and enjoy the trappings a few years in
But now I'm just so into that world that it's all just momentum, how high can you climb.
But I know, no matter how high I go, it won't make me much happier
Gotta know when to hit eject - if I'm still alone at 33 (when my parents married), I'm cutting out and re-evaluating
>>34480510
Looks cool, I'd want one even though it's outclassed by modern SBRs.
>>34481834
A lot of them get ego and identity so wrapped up in career and success that they would come apart of they stopped working. Some just like the chase. Some are just the types who never stop moving until their heads hit the pillow at night. Some are seeking meaning for their lives. Having one of those motivations is pretty important to being able to put up with the shit that comes with making that amount of money. And it doesn't help you get women either, because usually it translates to a very broken personality.

It's life, I'm self employed so I brought on myself. If I told this to 15 year old me I'd laugh in my own face.
I'm also sure, had I fell into the things I wanted, I'd be wanting a corvette more than my kids, grass is always greener. I guess, learn that from only being on one side of the fence.

It's very hard not to treat everyone you meet like a co-worker, boss, or client
It's even harder to break from the fucking MBA speak and index card stack of vocab and subject matter from work since I'm there 12-14 hours a day most days
>>34481906
There's still hope to change I guess
Money doesn't mean much at a point
Once you can provide for yourself, pay rent and stay out of debt, all the extra has steeply diminishing returns
>>34481920
P90s main strengths to my understanding are compact size, high capacity, and armor piercing. As far as civilians go, they can't access the fun switch for that high fire rate and can't buy AP ammo so those points are moot for them.
Can't an SBR'd AR15 do the same things for cheaper and with better aftermarket options these days?
>>34480613
>looks up Marissa tomei
>>34480510
I got to handle one once but didn't get to shoot it.
Man it felt comfy.
>>34481954
Wouldn't really be able to make it as compact as a P90, given that it is a bullpup and that the AR-15 has a bigass buffer tube getting in the way of easily making a bullpup out of it.
>>34481956
Watch My Cousin Vinny. It's Marisa Tomei and the short angry guy from Goodfellas. It's an amazing movie and Tomei is in her prime, I mean absolutely 11/10.
>>34482110
My Cousin Vinny is literally the best courtroom movie ever made in America. It's also the most accurate, despite being a comedy.

It hits like a 22 mag right? Better hit the head.
>>34480510
I actually really like the P90
>50 round magazine
>Ambidextrous controls
>Good rate of fire
>Downward ejection
It's a shame they couldn't make it in a caliber that's not essentially a 22mag
>>34482100
>5.7 AR upper that takes P90 mags
This almost justifies me getting a PS90
>>34480510
Great firearm imo
expensive ammo.
i want one
>>34480510
Gun idea is better than the caliber it was made to use. Patent on these mags is expired so someone please make it in 9mm and 5.56.
It's a really cool and exotic firearm designed for military purposes. Sarco sells surplus mags for them for cheap. They pop up too often though in local gun ads which means the owners have become bored with them. Thumbs down.

>tfw the most comforting feeling I have is knowing when I die, I can leave a lot of money to my college, a place where I was happiest.
How long ago were you in college? I graduated a few years ago. Though things have not been stellar since graduating, I can safely say my college years were some of the worst of my life. 90% of it was tedious online busywork assignments which, while not difficult, could easily suck up an entire day from morning to night without actually learning anything. I was honestly miserable the entire time.
