Without remorse, it's basically backstory of John Clark

Tom Clancy's Threat Vector to Full Force and Effect are decent, if you can get past Clarke and Jack Ryan still being alive and able bodied.
Sadly, we will never have another book about super elite international operators killing hippy eco terrorists =(

I've never ever read a Tom Clancy book, where should I begin?

Honestly release order minus maybe Cardinal Of The Kremlin is the best way
so Red October > Patriot Games >Clear And Present Danger > Sum Of All Fears > Without Remorse
and just stop there, because it's only downhill, aside from Rainbow Six, which should be read next
Maybe throw Red Rabbit in at some point

Is Cardinal bad?

Just ordered the 5 books for 42€ on amazon. Read R6 twice over and was wondering which other novels are worth it. Thanks anon.

It's kinda technical and more of a spy thriller than the rest. I enjoyed it, but get used to other Clancy first.
I've read every real Tom Clancy dozens of time, loved him as a kid. Without Remorse is a good way to wrap things up.
