If you look closely, the second round penetrated but some of the kevlar got caught in the wound when it went in. So basically, you'd have a gunshot wound along with a bunch of kevlar fibers stuck in your wound. It's not a totally clean hole but it's a hole.

It doesn't look like the second bullet made a hole through the kevlar, it looks like it had enough energy to make a hole but the kevlar didn't break. The outside corner on the first shot probably would of did the same if it had more area to disburse it he probably just snagged the edge. I don't that second shot that got stuck in there would of even penetrated skin.

Conventional firearms are a mature technology.

Factors such as weight, ease of use, recoil, physical dimensions, ballistic performance, reliability, and ergonomics have been improved, however, one factor has not changed.. (Even before and after firearms).

The first person to disrupt a vital system of the other wins the fight.

Anything is better than nothing, and firearms have done a superb job achieving this end for centuries.

It wouldn't be my first choice, second, third or even fifth from my collection. But I'd trust my life to it if I were forced to use it.

I love these guns. My first pistol was a chink tok from navy arms that my dads buddy sold me. I sold that when ammo dried up and bought a zastava in 9mm.

This thread has inspired me to start looking for a 7.62x25 again.
