it dovetails int toe guns rear sight notch thus not needing to mill out the G43. it also includes BUIS. pretty hitty solution imo. RMRs only work with the thicc, big Glocks. the 9mm ones have the RMRs hang over on the sides which looks like ass and carries the same.

Glocks are good guns. Affordable, maybe overpriced for what they are, but still good guns.
