I did that. I was in a hurry on my way to sporting clays. I asked for a manager, walked him back to show him the shelf had 12 and 20 intermixed. He gave me a store gift card and rang up the 12s. I walked out with a carton of 20s I paid for and a carton of 12s they gave me.
