I commonly see "meetups" at the ranges and there is always 'that guy' who puts everyone on edge with bad vibes.

Personally I hold ABH for Sports and a bunch more for work. Not to sound like an arsehole but I don't think anyone with a license would want to risk it because some autist decided to shoot a pony for the lulz...

I like rifles with pistol grips for shooting; I feel they're better to handle (no pun) and control . I also own rifles with 'normal' too. Sure, a disproportionate number of my rifles are scary and back but its not like there is a choice with the Ruger Precisions and so forth.

What I like is consistently hitting a target at 500m and honestly I couldn't do it with a 303 and iron sights.

As for the pistol-side of things, yea I'm sick of the 'why do you need a semi auto?', 'revolvers just work', 'glocks are ugly', '40 short and weak' too.

I was planning on selling my MVP once I got the Ruger, but now I kind of like the idea of having at least 1 intermediate cartridge gun.

I was thinking the same but there is always cheap 223 around if you dont reload. I found that 55-69 grain projectiles are it's preference with the OSA/ADI the best factory loads. For reloads i use the 55 grain ZMax and 21 grains of 2207.

Nice, I think Henry has come out with a 410 lever recently.
As much as I love my .22 Henry, I definitely want my second lever gun to have a loading gate.


The Elite was my main choice for the RPR optic until I found the Athlon argos scope. So far it's been great, and it only ran me 700 neet bux.

Mind if i ask what mount you got? Mine are a little high for my liking, so I've been thinking of replacing them
