A quick wipe with CLP, or if you're really anal, a quick respray with milspec dry moly film, brings them back to looking like new. I ordered 7, one arrived with a bad rivet on the baseplate retaining tab from Colt, and AU sent me a replacement with no fuss.

FWIW, if you ever break that tab, you can just replace the baseplate with a standard 30rd-style baseplate, so I pretty much got a free mag out of it.

Is the Vortex Spitfire AR 1x prism a decent optic? I've been looking to get one since most red dots don't play nicely with my astigmatism. Heard that the etched optics would be a better option.
