Most of that information is outdated, for example most of the El Salvadorian army page is about 10 years out of date. I need as recent as possible. They also don't always post numbers especially for newer hardware

Looking at pure numbers is a really, really terrible way of determining how great the capability a nation is of employing them.

I agree, I didn't come up with the system that the GPI is using. In fact a part of my project is to show how bad it is, in order to do that I need come up with some values similar to the authors of the index.
