The house is owned by one of my roommates parents and most of the furniture outside of the bedrooms was already here.
Basically I'm really lucky one of my roommates parents are filthy rich.
It's kinda ironic that my time in college is probably going to be the period of my life with the most comfortable living conditions. After I graduate I'll probably resort back to living in a shitty apartment.

The thing I'll miss most is the land. Being able to go in my backyard and shoot my guns is the best feature.

I clear the house with my Weatherby Vanguard, it's somewhere around 50 inches long with the suppressor on.
Once it's clear, I go up in the attic and set up a sniper's nest and leer at life outside through my binoculars with my rifle next to me.

Farm anon here. Ranged and documented everything for fun. 480 yards to end of driveway for instance would require 9 moa adjustment for my .264 140 gr Nosler CC handloads and no I've never pointed any gun that way. Sometimes I scan the tree lines with binocs.

That's actually a really cool idea. I've just eyeballed some of the distances, but you've kinda inspired me to set up some range markers for every fifty metres. Just painting some rocks in easily visible colours should do the trick, don't you think?
At longest, I've got 250 metres range, unless my neighbour decides to shoot at me, he's like 600 metres away.
It's actually pretty shameful, I've never seriously entertained the possibility or even practiced at that range.

I've gone through my house once or twice just to get a feel for what rounding corners, etc. would feel like. Sure, I was naked and had nipple clamps on but it's good practice.
