My method for copeing is to basically take deep breaths, remember my shift ends in 8 hours and that I have a beautiful fiance, beautiful home and my life will never be as pathetic or fucked up as this person's is. I get paid a great wage to work a career I love and I have more powers through legislation than most people. If someone wants to fuck my day up or piss me off then no worries I'll act like the cunt you think I am. But if you treat me nicely and respect my role in society than I give you some slack.

Calmly. Security in itself is entirely different from LEO as to how we handle people (armed or not, it's the same in most cases). Ask them to leave, if they don't, call police. Most times, you'll end up calling the site manager for approval to even call the police.
