Most of the weight is in the back, so it's not that bad. It balances pretty nicely, in fact. The trigger, accuracy, and overgassed action with no adjustable gas tube are far greater concerns and should deter anyone with sense looking for a bullpup. If you live in America there's better options.

Israel leases Tavors' out to African armed forces. They literally rent them the guns for some insanely marginal amount, and cycle them out for new ones as needed. Fairly good business practice, leads to a lot of surplus rifles, AND it gives them somewhere to test the damn thing where failures don't really matter.

Mine shoots better than that even with the shitty Mepro M21. I don't know how well it would do with a real optic, but I can easily get 4 MOA using an optic that has a dot the size of a nickel. The M21 is a major contributor to the problem with its enormous dot and tendency to wash out in sunlight. The rifle itself doesn't seem to have accuracy problems but I haven't tested it with a less limiting optic.

The rifle itself is very well balanced which offsets the trigger. It's an Israeli style trigger just like the Uzi has. You have to "button mash" Israeli guns a bit to get them to work properly. They are all like that from the Uzi to the Galil to the Tavor. They just require more forceful manipulation. It doesn't affect accuracy on any of them because of the balance. It seems intentional but I don't know why that is.

Keltec RFB/RDB are fun but obviously haven't even had the edges of their mold lines trimmed and sanded, are also keltec and suffer from generic keltec issues like being fugly and super cheap, but the RDB is a blast to shoot.
MDR, as an earlier anon mentioned, it's unreleased and has shown no technical specs.
