I have an old IBA with the Kevlar sewn in it. I've had it for at least 6 years now. I've been wanting to put ar500 lv3 plates in it. I'm not sure if i should upgrade to the IOTV or not.

I use basic single curve Level4 Ceramics, they can be had for 130-500 bucks depending on material and weight.

Make sure when you're getting plates, it's marketed as STAND ALONE as opposed to In Conjunction With.

Ask more specific questions because this gets really rabbit holey.
