It's a QD hole, I think, that is drilled through with threads past the QD portion so like a 3/8ths, maybe, tapped hole on the back.

If it's threaded you may be able to just bolt an AR buffer tube adapter onto the rear. I'd get a hinged one to maintain compactness. MAKE SURE you get a certified atf complainant brace though. You don't want to goof that up

Op, you might be able to bolt on a hognose if those holes are spaced correctly. Worse comes to worst, you drill two new holes and tap them. It's actually easy as fuck to do.
