How protective is this armor?

+500 health
+45 armor
-15% physical damage received
It's pretty good for mid tier armor imo

Can my mage wear that?

It's chain mail so I guess a cleric or shaman could.
Warlocks and wizards are out of question though.

Tried equiping my paladin with this but black just doesn't fit the holy warrior image

He'll incur an Arcane Spell Failure Chance of 25%, that is assuming he has either mulitclassed or taken the required feats to wear the armor
wtf i love /k/ now

it wont protect you against autism
I have a vague recollection of Filipino mail not being riveted, merely butted, which would reduce the protective quality quite a bit compared to mail at large. Still, should be very good against predominately slicing attacks, and a good upgrade over your bare skin in general.
I'm not sure what the plates are made out of. Still, making them extremely difficult to pierce with any hand held melee weapon shouldn't be too difficult.

Frigging casuals

Not quite the meaning I was trying to get across, but I guess your point could stand on its own.
This style of armor is very aesthetically pleasing.

Depends on the operator, for a lot of people here it will safely keep their virginity intact, for rich preppies it will completely fail to block the golddigger STDs that they face off in combat.
