The Yuan is a better Kilo class sub. The Chinese are making new subs like crazy, in a few years they'll catch up to the USN in tonnage.

Why are submarine movies so comfy? Crimson Tide and The Hunt for Red October are a couple of my "go to" comfy movies.

Operation Petticoat and Das boot are the better ones.

The rest have good stories, but 90% of the time the boats are just awful models floating in a pool.
