That's been a major marketing point for the P10C, not something he pulled out of his ass.

Safariland makes a "one-size fits all" OWB holster with level 1 retention. Some guns will have some vertical play in the holster, but with a proper gun belt it doesn't make any noise with movement.

I've had this holster for years and it's listed as fitting Glock 26/27/28/29. I've never even owned a Glock. I probably got it to fit a CZ P-01 and it's reliably fit a Wather PK380 (I think), a Beretta Nano, and at least one other. It fits the P-10C like a champ.

That's leather, I have no doubt that would fit. Leather holsters have a huge range of guns they'll fit. I have a P229 holster I've used for SIGs, Glocks, the FN FNX and FNX, and pretty much every other large/medium frame pistol I've owned.

Kydex is where you run into problems with the Glock 19 and P-10 C. The P-10 C is larger in every dimension, notably length.

Safariland is actually the largest holster manufacturer in the world. Uncle Mike's is second and Bianchi is third.

The P10C fits in all 3 of those manufacturer's G19 holsters.
