Think from an /out/sider point of view the way they deal with hard crimes criminals is ok, and the courts help too with harsh sentences, but judging only from thousands of news and youtube videos they also have an huggggee part of their force that are useless pos that can't understand a basic concept like de-escalation of random situations.
